Greens and Black Beans
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
3 cups Chard, stemmed and washed
In a large saucepan, bring 2 cups water to boil; stir in chard and cook for 5 minutes or until tender. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup water. Return chard to pan. Add black beans and ginger; simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in molasses, mustard, tamari, rice vinegar and reserved water; cook until heated through. Serve over rice.
