Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
1 lb. Yams or Sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
A little milk
1/2 Tbsp. Margarine
Sea Salt and fresh pepper to taste
Peel and chop yams. Boil yams for 10 to 15 minutes until soft. Drain and return to pan.
Add margarine and milk and mash well until smooth. Add nutmeg, cinnamon, sea salt and fresh pepper. Mix well. Serve warm.
