Grilled Bell Peppers
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
As many bell peppers you can find of the colours you prefer
Wash peppers, stem and cut them into strips that will lie flat. Lay strips on the grill and cook them over fairly intense heat until the skin is well blistered and puffy. Turn the peppers over for a shorter time and take them off the grill. Under running water, peel the skin off the pepper and drain them well. Marinate them in the herbs and olive oil until it is time to serve them.
