Steamed Cauliflower With Dill Topping

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 7 minutes

Serves: 4

Ingredients

1 head Cauliflower, sliced
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
Minced dill to taste
Sea salt to taste (optional)

Instructions

Steam cauliflower until florets are slightly tender. Or you can boil until tender, about 5 minutes.

Combine olive oil and dill. Toss with steamed cauliflower (add sea salt if desired) and serve as a side dish.

Serves 3 to 4.
