Broccoli And Cauliflower In Mustard Butter

4 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
1 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 small bunch of broccoli, large stems removed, separated into florets
1 small head of cauliflower, separated into florets
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
In a small bowl, blend together the butter and mustard. Mix in the lemon juice. Set the mustard butter aside.
Steam the broccoli and cauliflower, covered, until just tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and return the vegetables to the hot saucepan.
Toss to evaporate any extra moisture. Season with the sea salt and fresh pepper. Add the mustard butter and toss to coat well. Serves 6 as a side dish.
