Sauteed Zucchini With Oregano
Preparation Time: 6 minutes
Cooking Time: 6 minutes
2 - 3 zucchini, sliced and quartered 1 inch
4 Tbsp. Olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. fresh oregano
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Wash and slice zucchini. Heat olive and garlic over in a sauce pan over medium heat until garlic is just golden. Add zucchini and saute until slightly soft.
Add oregano and sea salt and pepper. Drain excess oil before serving as a nice side dish.
