Boiled Potatoes With Peas And Cilantro

Cooking Time: 12 minutes
1 lb. Potatoes, washed and quartered
.25 lb. Snow or Snap Peas, washed and stemmed
2 Tbsp. Butter or to taste
1/4 cup Cilantro or to taste, chopped
Sea salt and fresh pepper to taste
Wash and quarter potatoes. Bring pot of salted water to boil and add potatoes. Boil potatoes until just tender. Add peas and continue to boil until potatoes can be pierced with fork. Be careful to not overcook potatoes.
Drain vegetables and add butter. Add sea salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with cilantro (or parsley) and serve warm.
