Stir-fried Peas And Red Pepper

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 7 minutes

Serves: 4


1 Tbsp. Peanut oil
1 onion, sliced
1 Tbsp. Fresh ginger, chopped
1 Red Pepper, sliced
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 lb. Snap Peas
1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper (optional)


Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat, and stir-fry the onion for 2 minutes. Add the ginger and red pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes more. Stir in the soy sauce and snow peas, and stir-fry for 1 minute. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and lemon pepper, if using, and serve at once over rice.
