March is Maple Syrup Month. Enjoy this special time of the year!
1 ripe banana, sliced
1/2 cup Saugeen Yogurt
1/4 cup ice
2 tbsp pure maple syrup, plus more for garnish
2 tbsp pecans, plus more for garnish
dash of nutmeg, plus more for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Garnish with more nutmeg, crushed pecans and drizzle with maple syrup. Serve.
