Coconut Milk...
I've been drinking and baking with the So Delicious coconut milk for about a year. What is Coconut Milk? Coconut Milk Yogurt...
At the beginning of the month, So Delicious launched their coconut milk yogurt and creamer line in Ontario.
Wanigan.com is carrying the vanilla and blueberry flavour yogurt. They are both delicious but my personal favourite is vanilla. It reminds me of pudding. I've also included a review on the blueberry from Erica at CookAllergenFree.com (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gam6uRscq_4)
The yogurts are all made with organic ingredients, dairy free, gluten free, soy free, Kosher, non-GMO and certified Vegan.
Coconut Milk Creamer...
I stopped drinking cream in my coffee years ago because I found it made my mouth greasy. I may be sharing a lot of information but there is a point to this. When I tried the So Delicious Coconut Milk Creamer I didn't have the same experience.
Last week I used the creamer in a sauce I usually add whipping cream to and there was no difference. My kids loved it. One customer in the store used it to make 'ice-cream'. It's very versatile.
Like the rest of the product line, the creamer is made with organic ingredients, dairy free, gluten free, soy free, Kosher, non-GMO and certified Vegan.
